TOI TOI on RTVE: Temporary Sanitary Solutions for Large Events in Barcelona
Last week, RTVE visited TOI TOI’s facilities to learn more about one of our most remarkable projects: the planning and installation of portable sanitation facilities in Barcelona for the Pope’s visit to the Sagrada Família.
During the interview, our Managing Director explained how TOI TOI coordinated the portable restroom service for this large-scale event, deploying temporary sanitation units across different areas of the city to accommodate thousands of attendees.
One of the main challenges of the project was the installation of a portable sanitary module and several portable toilet cabins inside the Sagrada Família. This operation was carried out using a crane and required precise technical planning, logistical coordination, and execution adapted to an iconic and highly demanding environment.
This deployment demonstrates TOI TOI’s ability to provide temporary sanitation solutions for major events, both in urban settings and unique locations. Our team works to ensure efficient, safe, and tailored hygiene services that meet the specific requirements of every project.
